We collect account registration data (name, email), usage data, and campaign analytics (opens, clicks, bounces). We do not sell user data.
Email delivery services may be processed through third-party providers such as Resend. Data necessary for delivery (recipient email, message metadata) is transmitted securely to these providers.
Consultation bookings are processed via Calendly and may generate Google Meet links. Booking data is subject to those providers' privacy policies.
We implement reasonable technical safeguards to protect user data. However, no system can guarantee absolute security.
Account data is retained while your account remains active. You may request deletion by contacting support.
You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data by contacting support@pro-email.app.
