Pro-Email provides hosted email campaign infrastructure, analytics, and related communication tools. The service may utilize third-party infrastructure providers including but not limited to Resend for transactional and campaign email delivery.
You may not use Pro-Email to send unsolicited bulk email (spam), phishing content, fraudulent messaging, or any content that violates applicable law. Accounts engaging in abusive sending behavior may be suspended immediately.
You are responsible for safeguarding login credentials and all activity under your account.
Paid plans are billed monthly unless otherwise agreed. Failure to pay may result in suspension of service. All pricing is subject to change with notice.
All plans are subject to fair use policies to maintain platform deliverability and system stability.
Pro-Email is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Mayr Technologies shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada.
